mini top hat fascinator

I didn't make this (well I wish I could). I bought it from a wayside stall selling toys and accessories today. Headpieces have never been my thing but I've decided to give it a go anyway - it's too cute to miss and it's incredibly cheap too! I should not disclose the price here or else you might think my jewelry pieces are overpriced.
